Mack-n-Cheeze Music Presents: Windstudios’ Mommy

Adam Puchalski’s experimental track “Mommy” features a manipulated niño gritando vocal, showcasing bold studio creativity and fearless production choices.

This is a great story about the evolution of Mommy.

Adam Puchalski’s young nephew was visiting. He wandered into Adams studio. Adam then handed him the mic and let him go.

Later, with the application of Melodyne and various wave file altering plugins, he came up with melodies for the tune.

Personally, I think the song is brilliant. I love how Adam manipulated the vocal tracks to fit his vision.

There is a screaming child in the track. Niño gritando.

People either love or hate the tune, which is cool. There is no middle ground.

Write it off as a lesson in taste.

And remember: it’s all about the collaboration, Baby!!!
