The song Red Headed Stranger was born during a late-night drive home from a Southern California tour. Jeff started writing to stay awake, completing the song, except for the bridge, before reaching home. After recording it, he brought it to the Mastermind Collective, who added their creative touch, particularly Adam Puchalski’s killer guitar riff. Gerry Smith’s vocals, reminiscent of Bachman-Turner Overdrive, brought the song to life. When the pandemic hit, Jeff delved into animation, creating an AI-generated music video inspired by the song’s story. Christophe Bourdoiseau put the final touches to the song in mix down and mastering. Despite challenges, the result was a unique blend of music and visuals, marking Jeff’s journey into AI creativity.
